Van Isle Glass was amazing! They replaced my cracked windshield today—I was silly and didn’t get a chip repair sooner, so it had to be fully replaced. Booking an appt. was super easy, and they responded the next day—plus, they’re open Saturday! I expected it to take about 2.5 hours, but it was done in 2. They called me 15 minutes before my car was ready. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I trusted the reviews on Reddit, and I wasn’t disappointed. They repaired my rain sensor, which a previous shop had messed up. They also installed my wipers and tucked away my dash cam wire. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone—so glad I chose Van Isle Glass! I’ll go to them first next time I have any glass related work.

Really impressed with my experience getting a rock chip repaired in my windshield here! I showed up at my appointment time and they immediately got me in and fixed it in about 15 minutes for free. Looks perfect! Would definitely recommend.

We live on Pender Island and when our truck rear window blew out it meant a trip over to Victoria. I actually ended up calling Van Isle Glass in Langford and they were great. They made sure the job would be done so I could catch the early ferry back. It was also easier to drive there than Victoria . Really nice staff as well.

In 2024 I had Van Isle Glass replace the cracked front windshield of my 2020 Leaf. They did excellent work and were very quick. Communication was also excellent. More recently, I had a water leak in the car. I suspected it might be the replaced front window. Van Isle Glass asked me to bring it down so they could do a pressure test with a bubble solution to verify the window was sealed properly. It was. They did not charge me for this test, which I really appreciated. They also provided me with a contact for another company that specializes in finding auto water leaks. Wow. I couldn't be happier with these guys. They have certainly earned my future business. Well done guys.
